Convenient location, spacious apartment-like room with large fridge and fireplace. Quiet and comfortable stay, with clean and updated rooms. Enjoyed the hot breakfast with variety, although no fruit options. Nice pool and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel location was perfect for us - close to everything in town and within walking distance to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. We didn't have to worry about parking or transportation at all. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa bath in the rooms which we loved. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

De locatie was perfect! We waren dicht bij het nationaal park en konden gemakkelijk naar het gezellige dorp lopen. De ligging was rustig en we konden zo de natuur in fietsen. Echt ideaal!

Everything was fantastic.

The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and spread out. We were pleasantly surprised to find ramps instead of stairs, which made getting around with our luggage and belongings much easier. the highlight of our stay was definitely the location. Being situated at the end of the main strip made it convenient to navigate in and out of the hotel, and we loved being within walking distance of all the fun attractions.

We were disappointed to find out that we had to call every morning to request a room cleaning. By the third day, we had run out of essential items like towels, trash bags, and toilet paper.

We had a great stay at a large and clean room with a nice view. Despite the rain during our four-day visit, we found the location convenient for accessing good food and attractions by walking or driving. the price was excellent, offering great value for our money. We would definitely consider staying at Crossroads Inn & Suites again in the future.

Located right in the heart of the action, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring the area. Everything you could possibly want to do in the Smokies is just a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the price was reasonable, making it a great choice for budget travelers.

The parking situation was a bit problematic, with limited spots available and the possibility of having to park in inconvenient or inaccessible areas.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Gatlinburg for a few days and had a wonderful experience at Crossroads Inn & Suites. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to do downtown. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had a fantastic pool that was a refreshing way to relax after a long day of exploring. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back.

We hit up the Smokies' only 3-D Movie Theater and it was epic! Sharks, aliens, dinosaurs - it was like being in a movie ourselves. Plus, the unbeatable mountain views from our hotel were off the charts! We felt like we were on top of the world. And you know what made it even better? We scored a traditional Gatlinburg souvenir to remember our epic trip. It's like a piece of the Smokies we can take home with us!

The only thing we would've asked for is more exciting nightlife options for us young party animals. We had a blast during the day, but it would've been epic to have some cool clubs or bars to hit up at night.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to everything in the area. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, avoiding the chaos in the middle.

The hotel management should address the maintenance issues, such as black mold and poor construction in the older bathrooms.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The double queen room I stayed in was huge, perfect for my family. The bathroom had two sinks, which made getting ready in the morning much easier. I appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the room, as well as the complimentary bottles of water. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
