Good location close to attractions.

I was shocked to find mildew around the tub enclosure and unfinished trim in the bathroom. The noise level was intolerable due to loud guests next door, causing us to lose sleep and ultimately leave early.

absolutely shocked by the lack of cleanliness here. there was dried urine in the bathroom, how charming! also, only got clean towels once during my 5-day stay, which is just lovely. i expected a room upgrade or at least a courtesy discount for such deplorable service but alas, none in sight. just couldn't bring myself to give a good review.

We loved how close the hotel was to the aquarium and other attractions in the heart of town. The spacious room with two comfortable queen beds made our family feel right at home, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to each day.

Parking can be a bit cramped during peak times.

Upon arrival, we found that our room had not been properly cleaned, with a staple and a drywall screw alarmingly close to the bed. The bathroom was disappointing, lacking basic cleanliness standards, which left us feeling uneasy during our stay. Additionally, the staff's demeanor was less than welcoming, which compounded our frustrations while seeking assistance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because it was just an easy walk around the corner to all the touristy things like the sweet fanny adams theatre and the amazing views at rowdy bear mountain, which made my weekend explorations super convenient and fun.

The location made it easy to visit all the top attractions. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a solid variety. I had a spacious room that provided great comfort during my stay. I found the lobby area to be inviting with large windows that brought in natural light. One personal initial concern was the cleanliness of the bathroom, but overall, it was manageable compared to past experiences. I have high standards as someone from Italy.

Housekeeping was consistent, coming every day to keep the room tidy, and the friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good selection to start the day. However, there were no operational drink machines on any floor, which was a drawback during hot days. Also, some amenities felt underwhelming, like the breakfast being adequate but not impressive.

Clean room, convenient location, with a nice continental breakfast and a seasonal outdoor pool that made our stay enjoyable after exploring the nearby attractions.
