I recently stayed at a hotel that was basic but comfortable. The rooms were a good size with two queen size beds, a flat screen TV, a microwave, and a fridge. The shower had great water pressure, which was a refreshing change. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby cities and attractions. The staff at reception were helpful, and despite some slight issues with housekeeping, my overall stay was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast, although basic, provided enough options to start the day.

This hotel is close to great restaurants, making it convenient for dining out. It is also located near the downtown shopping area, allowing guests easy access to shops and neighborhoods on the 680. The surrounding area is beautiful in the Spring with green hills, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well-maintained, with very comfortable beds and seating for group gatherings. Plus, the hotel offers basic amenities and breakfast included in the price, which is a great value for money.

The girl at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. The location was great, right next to Denny's Restaurant and close to the San Ramon Bishop Ranch business area and the shops on San Ramon Valley Blvd. We also appreciated the free EV charging and the clean towels.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a convenient location with ample free parking. The room was nice, big, and had comfortable beds with plenty of fluffy towels. The staff, especially Sheila at the front desk, were very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was impressive and the adjacent Black Bear Diner with a discount for hotel guests was a bonus.

The morning meal could have been improved with better communication about the maid service and fresh towels policy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the Bay Area! The location was perfect, just off the freeway and close to attractions like the Cline Cellar Sonoma Winery. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the beds were extra comfy. The staff, especially maintenance man Gil and front of house Veronica, were attentive and promptly resolved any issues. I enjoyed the clean and warm pool, and having the Black Bear Diner nearby was a great advantage. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in the Bay Area.

The price was on the higher side for a Sunday and the rooms facing the highway may be noisy for those who are sensitive to traffic sounds.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The room was clean and looked newly remodeled. Despite being next to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. We also appreciated that the hotel avoided putting unaffiliated parties next to each other. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants nearby. The green hills surrounding the place are beautiful in the Spring. Denny's restaurant next door and Subway across the street are great for a quick bite.

The housekeeping service is inconsistent and not all the amenities are replenished regularly.

The beds were so comfy, I had a fantastic sleep! The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants, shops, and the interstate. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including fruit, cereal, pastries, eggs. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
