Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Our suite was disappointing due to poor soundproofing, as we could hear loud guests throughout the night, disrupting our sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout was awkward, making it challenging to maneuver between the toilet and shower door. We also encountered issues with the TV that required excessive troubleshooting, which added to our frustrations during the visit.

Staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth. The karaoke night was a lot of fun! The bathroom had some cleanliness issues that need attention. The furniture in the room was quite outdated and could use an upgrade.

on my previous stay in casper, i was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality at best western. the room was clean, and the attentiveness of the staff, especially during breakfast, made our romantic trip memorable. i appreciated the quick setup of a playpen for our baby, making everything feel smooth and convenient.

We had a solid experience at this place. the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, they played for hours, just like I did back in the day.

But, it wasn’t exactly cheap either.

the hotel has a nice brick exterior and friendly staff. the musty smell in lobby is off-putting.

I had a decent stay in spacious rooms. The breakfast was satisfying and well-stocked. I found the restaurant staff attentive. One night, I returned late to a strong smell in the hallway which was distracting. I enjoyed the indoor pool, but navigating the hallways felt confusing. As I was getting ready for a family gathering, I had to deal with a leaking ceiling. I appreciated the quick maintenance. Being from Italy, this experience felt different yet familiar.

I really enjoyed my stay here as it was just a short walk to both Riverview Park and the Cadoma Foundation, where I could have leisure walks and appreciate some art, and I loved being steps away from Sweet Zoey's Mediterranean Cafe for delicious food. however, some areas around the hotel felt a bit dated and could use some sprucing up.

the staff provided excellent customer service! they really cared when I asked for help with suggestions around here, and I loved the indoor heated swimming pool 😊. the kitchen made it easy with healthy breakfast options.

i had a nice stay at best western downtown casper. the front desk staff was super friendly and helpfull, especially amber who checked me in. my room was clean and the renovations are respectably makes it look fresh. they also have a great location near local spots. overall a comfy stay!

The staff was amazing—super helpful! I had an issue with my first room, but they switched me to a new one in like five minutes. The cleanliness and efforts to update the property were impressive too!

However, a slight musty smell in the lobby did make me wonder if I was checking into a time machine. Oh, and some peeling wallpaper was a tad bit vintage, if you know what I mean!

The King Room I stayed in was so comfy! The bed felt like a cloud, and the linens were nice, which really surprised me for a mid-range hotel. I loved how the room was nicely decorated and super clean. A solid breakfast with good options was a nice touch too. Only downside was the Wi-Fi didn't work great in the room. Otherwise, a great stay!
