I recently stayed at the Best Western in Kenosha for one night and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Despite the construction in the area, I didn't notice any noise or disruption in the hotel. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which is rare for a standard hotel. I had a good experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was excellent, being near the Brat Stop where we saw a concert. There were many nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The rooms were clean, quiet at night, and had no vehicle noise. Additionally, the breakfast provided was good with plenty of room to eat.

All in all, everything was satisfactory and met our expectations.

This hotel is great value for money. It has all the basic amenities you need, including free wi-fi, complimentary breakfast, a fitness center and an indoor pool. The location is perfect, close to the Mall of America and easy to get to after appointments. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious with three beds and a nice view of the pond.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to the event we were attending. The staff, especially the manager and front desk ladies, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

We stayed in a great location close to the Mall of America, which made shopping easy. The hotel staff provided useful dining recommendations. Room was tidy, and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed breakfast, especially the hot dishes and fruits. The hot tub was well-maintained, and the breakfast area was accommodating and inviting.

The staff at the front desk made us feel uncomfortable about playing music near the pool area, which was a downside.
