Value for money was great, the room was impressive and the staff treated me like royalty. The location was optimal with plenty of nearby restaurants, nightlife, and attractions within walking distance. The service and friendliness of the staff made me feel like I was staying in a luxury hotel.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering freshly squeezed juices and more variety in terms of altering the chef's pre-cooked meals.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and every detail of the stylish design was incredible. We were impressed by the magical atmosphere and felt like we were in a different world during our stay. The staff, including Ariella at the reception and Nikita, were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for interesting places to visit in the city. We also had a wonderful time at the pool, thanks to Farhad and Italia for their attention and care. Egor and Polina made us feel welcome in the restaurant and created a warm atmosphere.

The Jaffa Hotel is a backpacker's dream, with a vibrant interior, well-cultivated trees, and a spacious swimming pool. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests, and the luxurious atmosphere is further enhanced by the lovely scent of jaffa diffusers. The small compliments on the table, such as fruits, cookies, and chocolates, are a delightful touch. The fantastic breakfasts and handcrafted juices, enjoyed on the terrace with classic music, make you never want to leave.

It truly made our stay extra special and we were grateful for the attention to detail.
