Towels were incredibly scratchy, room temperature was uncomfortable and insufficient bedding left me cold, and not honoring special requests felt disrespectful!!! Additional fees caught me off guard!!!

Staying at this hotel felt like home for us, with a super-clean environment and friendly staff that made our trip enjoyable while we explored the nearby parks and landmarks. the location was also perfect as it’s just a short walk to community parks and only a few minutes drive to local attractions.

The staff was nice and helpful during my stay. The bed was too hard, making it hard to sleep well.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn- Mount Gilead, and I was genuinely impressed. The room was beautifully maintained, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a microwave and fridge that made my stay more convenient. The complimentary breakfast had a wonderful variety, including fresh coffee and delicious cheese omelets. Additionally, the lobby and hallways were immaculate, making me feel right at home.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with nice features like an extra bench for luggage. However, I experienced issues with my room request not being honored, and the towels were uncomfortably scratchy. This hotel is great for families, but they should improve communication with guests about request accommodations.

Very nice staff and the rooms were clean and modern. The only downside was the noise from the highway nearby, which was a bit disruptive.

I honestly gotta say, the breakfast was fantastic! I mean, fresh coffee, cheese omelets, and all that—definitely set the right tone for the day. Also, the staff was super helpful. they even let us stay an extra hour past checkout while we figured out our car situation, which felt like a total lifesaver! They just get it.

But, fair warning, you might shell out a bit more than you expect, it ain't exactly cheap, but for the service and comfort, it's still worth it.

Spent 2 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Super clean and comfy with a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Breakfast was yummy with a variety of options. The TV issue was fixed quickly and the outdoor pool was refreshing. Perfect spot for travelers, just off the highway!

I really appreciated the clean room with a comfortable king bed and the unique bench for my suitcase, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the chance to unwind in the outdoor pool and relax in the jacuzzi after a long drive. Just a heads up, the towels could use some upgrading, but it didn’t take away from my overall good experience! 😊

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super comfy and clean. I loved the little personalized touches like the handwritten whiteboard with staff names. The breakfast area was tidy, and the selection was solid. It was nice that the staff quickly fixed the TV issue we had. Just a heads up, the location is mostly fast food and gas stations, but easy access to the highway for better food options!
