We stayed at a convenient hotel close to the University of Oregon for graduation. Best Western provided us with a clean room and friendly staff. They were responsive to our requests and the location was great, with shopping and restaurants nearby. the breakfast was satisfactory and overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The seasonal outdoor pool was a lifesaver on those scorching hot days, providing the perfect oasis to relax and cool off. It was like escaping to a tropical paradise right in the heart of Springfield.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for us. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food and great selection of beers next door at Hop Valley Brewery. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel on our road trip from WA to the SF Bay Area, and overall, we had a decent experience. The location was convenient for our needs, with easy access to the freeway. The room we stayed in was clean and had a spacious layout, perfect for our family. The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth. We also enjoyed a satisfactory breakfast in the morning before hitting the road. The view from our room was nothing extraordinary, but it didn't bother us since we were more focused on the comfort of the room itself.

It's worth noting that some areas of the hotel could use some improvements. There were a few maintenance issues, such as frayed furniture fabric and equipment in the exercise room needing maintenance.
