the best hotel experience, outstanding staff, superb property

breakfast situation wasn't ideal

Despite the inconvenience, the customer service was outstanding. I recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms and overall hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a store in the lobby that had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants and services close at hand. The hotel was also very close to I-5, making it easy to navigate to other areas.

Convenient location near freeway, shops, and restaurants. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Wi-Fi is fast and signal is good. Breakfast is complimentary and satisfying. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Everything was just fine!

We had a great time at this hotel located in a beautiful forest. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the woodsy area makes it feel private. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need. The bathroom is neat and tidy, and the shower is great. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was good enough to start our day with. We loved the balcony and view of the towering fir trees.

The noise from the freeway nearby was quite loud at times.

Nice place, free breakfast was good, and friendly staff always available. the rooms are clean and comfortable as well. the scenery was amazing, with trees and lawns everywhere. Plus, the location is perfect, with lots of good restaurant choices nearby.

There is a lot of noise from the freeway nearby, which can be annoying if you're looking for peace and quiet. the pull-out couch was not as comfortable as the regular beds, so that's something to keep in mind if you're planning on using one.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Northwest for 3 nights over Christmas. The location was stunning, nestled in the pines with beautiful grounds to explore. My room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast options were generous, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly made waffles. The hotel also had great facilities, including fast wifi and a patio where I could relax and enjoy the view.

There was noticeable freeway noise that slightly affected my overall experience.
