Rooms, beds, and breakfast were all great. Renovations were ongoing and slightly disruptive, but still a clean and peaceful environment. Late checkout was granted graciously and allowed for some extra quality time. Highly recommended for future visits.

We recently stayed at Best Western in Chico for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had a unique setup with a separate tub/toilet area from the bathroom sink. It was easy to find the hotel using GPS on our phone, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, the bed was outstanding, and the hotel was quiet and clean.

Although there were a couple of minor issues, such as a brief wait at check-in and some TV and Wi-Fi connectivity problems, the staff were accommodating and tried their best to resolve them. Despite these minor inconveniences, I can recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to assist me and my partner with anything we needed, from directions to finding a good place to work. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, I appreciated the comfortable beds and the fact that the room had a microwave and small refrigerator.

The hotel could use some renovations as the hallways, rooms, and furniture had a worn and tired appearance. It felt like a safe place to rest, but the value for the price paid was not great.

As young people, we loved the recently remodeled rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The room had a pleasant, fruity smell that made it feel like a clean and cozy home. The flat screen TV and remodeled shower were great additions. The breakfast personnel were friendly and delightful.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was located close to most everything we wanted to do in the area. Despite being in an industrial area behind a mostly deserted shopping center, the room was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep in.

Some guests reported feeling unsafe due to a lack of security.
