The staff at the hotel were very nice and provided great customer service. Despite being short-staffed, they managed to keep up with the demands and remained professional. I witnessed a difficult customer being rude to the front desk attendant, but they handled the situation calmly and professionally.

The beds in the hotel were uncomfortable, especially the blankets. It seemed like the blankets were not washed properly as they had stains and were pilled.

Convenient location near family. Clean room with mini fridge and microwave. Ample free parking and breakfast included. Despite initial reservation mix-up, the staff eventually accommodated us. I'll recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Whether it's the front desk team, like Blair and Armanda, who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, or the other helpful employees like Brandon and Mark, you'll experience excellent customer service throughout your stay. Secondly, the jacuzzi rooms are a definite highlight. Clean and spacious, they provide the perfect setting for couples to relax and unwind. Lastly, the location is fantastic, with easy access to some great eateries nearby.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with a large, clean room and a huge bathtub. The facilities were great, with a comfortable bed and a variety of pillows to choose from. The breakfast had a nice selection and was delicious. I was very pleased with this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I visit this city.
