I recently had an enjoyable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to amenities such as a movie theater. The rooms were well decorated and had very comfortable beds. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, with amenities like complimentary soaps and a new desk lamp with plug-ins for smartphones and laptops. The staff were courteous and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated close to great restaurants and the downtown area. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and well maintained. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, providing the deserving hospitality for guests. The breakfast spread has many hot and delicious varieties that are an excellent value for the money. Also, the hotel pool is very clean and well-maintained.

The hotel needs to focus on providing daily basic amenities such as towels and taking out the trash without being asked.

My stay at Doubletree was fantastic! I was in Johnson City for a college visit and stayed for two nights. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, quickly switching my room to a handicap accessible one when there was a mix-up. The front desk was also helpful in sorting out a breakfast purchase issue. The warm cookies upon check-in were delicious, and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the swimming area and the convenient location near restaurants, a college campus, and a mall. Don't forget to check out the nearby town of Jonesboro!

Wait staff and front desk were accommodating, offering delicious cookies and readily switching rooms upon request. Enjoyed the clean, well-arranged room, close to a nearby campus. Friendly housekeeping and vending staff added to a great stay.

The hotel exceeded my expectations when I walked inside. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. the indoor pool was in good condition and towels were provided. the location was convenient, close to the interstate but not noisy. the beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were of good quality. the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even assisting us with an additional guest in our room. the gym was newly updated with modern equipment. the breakfast buffet included a nice selection of fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, pastries, muffins, juices.

I wasn't able to shorten my stay by one day as I had booked through a third-party website. the staff member who checked us in seemed upset and was not very friendly when we asked about the pool.

Wonderful stay at a well-located hotel with great amenities. The hotel's convenient location near shops, restaurants, and a movie theater made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The indoor/outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus. The staff were friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I had a restful night's sleep and will definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Johnson City. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the action! Secondly, the staff was excellent! They went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Thirdly, the room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Finally, the breakfast was delicious; loved the cookies!

Loved the friendly staff, complimentary water, and delicious cookies. The pool was clean and visually appealing. Nearby restaurants, college campus, and mall were convenient. Spacious suite with comfortable sitting area and bed. Bathroom was large and enjoyed the bathrobes and slippers.
