We had trouble with the card keys initially and the ice machine on our floor wasn't working. the breakfast was diverse and fresh, with attentive staff. the bed and pillows were comfortable. the woman who checked us in was amazing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The location was super convenient for my plans – couldn't have asked for a better spot. the check-in lady was so friendly and accommodating, really made us feel welcome. the beds were comfy and the room was spotless, plus they had a nice spread for breakfast, even had delicious coffee.

We ran into a few hiccups during our stay. the bathroom situation was a bit odd – no shampoo or soap provided, which was a major bummer.
