I had an unexpected automobile issue and had to stay in Mount Vernon, MO. Luckily, I found this gem of a hotel, which was clean, well-appointed, and had a heated pool. The highlight was the owner/manager who offered us his car, drove us to a store, and even waited for us at a restaurant. Their commitment to exceptional customer service was impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and outstanding staff.
