The staff at the hotel was fantastic! the lady at the front desk was busy handling phone calls and check-ins, but she remained professional, informative, and even funny. the room was clean and spacious, and the whole place was spotless. the location was convenient, with a Taco Bell right across the street. the breakfast was good and hot, and the staff even went out of their way to get me a water when I couldn't find a vending machine.

The check-in process took a bit longer than usual, and the room had not been cleared of the previous guest's computer. However, the staff handled the situation amazingly and the room was cleaned promptly.

The hotel had a great atmosphere, with a pleasant smell as soon as you walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both on the phone when I made my reservation and at check, in. the room was clean and well, appointed, with a comfortable bed and lots of amenities like a fridge and microwave. the hotel had excellent Wi, Fi signal strength and a wide range of TV channels to choose from. I also appreciated the well, lit parking lot and the sense of security it provided.

I had some issues with the billing. Despite notifying the hotel that I would be paying separately for my room and having support animals, they charged both rooms to my credit card and added an unexpected $90 charge for my animals.

We had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel! the rooms were clean and quiet, which allowed us to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including delicious waffles, cereals, and even pre, made eggs. We were also thrilled with the friendly service from the hotel staff. They greeted us with warm hellos and were always willing to assist with any questions or needs we had. our experience was top, notch.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the pool was out of order, which was disappointing as we had specifically chosen this hotel because of its pool.

Had an amazing New Year's stay with the family! the free cookies at check-in were a hit with the kids, and the water bottles were a nice touch. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to main roads and restaurants. The breakfast was okay, but the sausage gravy was a bit too thick for our liking. They had donuts which were fresh and yummy.
