The staff here are so friendly!!!! The restaurant on site is convenient. Ample parking for trailers. Easy access to the freeway. Perfect home base for visiting Great Basin National Park, Bryce Canyon, and Zion!

Felt special, no reason to complain.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was very convenient, right off the freeway, making it easy to get ready for the day. The breakfast, which was included with the room, was great and offered from a special menu in the adjacent cafe.

No improvement needed, everything was okay.

Nothing could have been better.

The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the included breakfast at the nearby restaurant was excellent, offering a great dining experience. the hotel's staff was helpful and prompt in addressing any issues like a faulty toilet. Additionally, the room was equipped with convenient amenities such as a small fridge and microwave.

The hotel's soundproofing was not as good as newer hotels, which may lead to some noise disturbance. the bathroom was cold as the heat did not reach there and there was an issue with an open window from the previous tenant.

We were amazed by the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Best Western Paradise Inn. The beds were so cozy and the appliances worked perfectly. The hot water supply was ample, and we enjoyed a quiet atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Gary who went above and beyond to assist us when our child fell ill. The Crazy Cow Café, conveniently located nearby, offered a great variety of delicious meals for the whole family. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to work and relax comfortably. the Wi, Fi connection was unreliable and slow, making it frustrating to stay connected and get work done.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, even calling to confirm my reservation. Upon arriving, Elliott at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable, with beds that were not too soft and great water pressure in the shower. I also loved the fact that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, making it convenient for storing and preparing meals. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus and I enjoyed using them. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was close to Bryce National Park and there was a restaurant just across the parking lot for dinner. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast at the Crazy Cow Cafe next door.

We were low-budget travelers and loved that the hotel provided free breakfast at the restaurant. The room was super clean with comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. The shower had great water pressure, which is usually lacking in hotels. They even allowed pets, which was perfect since we were traveling with our pup. The staff, including the housekeeping and front desk, were kind and helpful. We also appreciated the special touches like the welcoming handwritten note and the cloth "case" for the remote control.

We loved the friendly and professional staff, especially Chance at check-in. The housekeeping staff, including Christine, were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a cute elephant towel sculpture and mints on the bed. The hotel vouchers for breakfast at the restaurant were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the Crazy Cow restaurant served delicious breakfast.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the parks and to the restaurant which is just across the parking lot. It offers great made-to-order options at the restaurant, and the complimentary breakfast is also delicious. The clean room with comfortable beds and ample pillows made for a relaxing stay. The staff was professional, and the property was well maintained. The drive-up feature of the two-story motel made loading and unloading quite easy.

One minor gripe is that there was no view from the room.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked that the hotel was pet, friendly and allowed us to bring our furry friends along. It was great to have them with us during the holiday season. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the freeway, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. Another advantage we enjoyed was the free made, to, order breakfast at the affiliated restaurant. It was a nice perk to start our day with a delicious meal.

One aspect we didn't like was the crowded pool. Even though we were trying to maintain social distance, there were many people gathered in the pool area, which made us uncomfortable using it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the meal cards given to us for a free breakfast and cheesecake. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I will definitely stay again.
