The breakfast was delicious, with fresh baguettes, croissants, and good coffee. Our room, while on the small side, was comfortable and had blackout curtains for a restful sleep. I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the oldest parts of the city. The location was superb, with easy access to the Left Bank, Notre Dame, and the Marais areas. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff were great, speaking English and being patient with my limited French. The rooms, though small, were clean and well-maintained. it was a great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
