My sister and I had a great stay at Best Western. The breakfast and coffee were delicious with a good variety of options. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location next to a Walmart. The staff was responsive and even switched our room from a king bed to two queens at no additional cost. The lady at check-in was exceptional, finding us a room on the first floor when our accessible room was unavailable. The updated rooms were comfortable and the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and stores.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hobby airport and close to everything we needed during our stay. We also found a good local restaurant to eat in the area. The neat and clean room and bathroom were well-maintained by the friendly and flexible cleaning staff. We enjoyed the continental breakfast that had a variety of options available. The pool area was well-kept and refreshing, a great spot to cool off in the summer heat.

The nearby sounds of trains and trucks were quite loud and consistent throughout the night which disrupted our sleep.
