We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel in Westwood Village. the staff at Palihotel were very polite and accommodating, helping us with our bags and answering any questions we had. the car attendant was especially nice and had our car ready whenever we needed it. the bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. it was a pleasant experience staying at Palihotel Westwood Village.

The hotel's location is perfect, with the Hammer Museum and Geffen Playhouse within walking distance. The retro decor and stylish design give the hotel a cool vibe. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with keeping my motorcycle safe during my stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the linen is delightfully soft. The complementary tea and coffee, as well as the fresh fruit in the lobby, were a nice touch. The continental breakfast, with its croissants and fruit, was simple but satisfying. I also appreciated the complimentary baggage tags and slippers when checking out. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The room was well decorated and cozy, with herringbone throws on the beds. the beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the common area off the lobby had cozy nooks for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea or espresso.

The hotel lacked automatic replacement of room amenities and there was no towel rack or hooks in the bathroom. Also, there was no elevator in the hotel, which was inconvenient.

Palihotel Westwood is now our favorite hotel in the area. The staff is amazing, the rooms are well-appointed with amazingly comfortable beds, the rooms are spacious, the entire property is spotless, and we liked the split bath layout. It's a good choice for adults or families with older kids who are able to appreciate the small, quiet atmosphere of an excellent boutique hotel. The hotel did a great job accommodating any guests who had issues. They quickly moved us to another room that was wonderful! We were able to easily find street parking on the same block the entire 3 days we were there.
