One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the floors, as they appeared dirty in some areas. It would be beneficial for the hotel to pay more attention to scrubbing the floors thoroughly between visitors to ensure a pleasant experience for guests.

The three pools on the premises were perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

The air conditioning in the room was inconsistent, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The AC would shut down, causing the room to become stuffy, leading to a restless night.

Had a wonderful stay in Pigeon Forge! LOVED the balcony view of the mountains and creekside. Would stay again. Even better in person than in photos.

The bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, as it felt like sleeping on a rock. There was also no blanket or comforter provided, which made us feel cold during the night.
