As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near the train station and the easy access to explore the surrounding area. The staff was welcoming and spoke French, making communication a breeze. The early check-in and room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The unique design of the hotel made for an interesting and enjoyable stay. The spa offered a one-of-a-kind experience, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of teas, bread, fruits, and cold cuts to choose from. the hotel provided a memorable and distinct experience.

We got great value for our money at Backstage Boutique Spa. The room was fantastic with a bath and a nice balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the gornergrat and main station. The staff were so friendly and treated us really well.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Zermatt near the main street and train station. The room was nicely decorated with candles, a chimney-imitation, and a beautiful balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. I had a great sleep during my stay.

We had a fantastic Christmas getaway at this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the winter wonderland. the rooms were not only comfortable, but also stylishly decorated. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the added bonus of a delicious breakfast made each morning feel like a treat.

One small downside was that the spa didn't open until 3pm, which meant we had to wait around to use it in the morning. It would have been great if it opened earlier so that we could have started our day with a relaxing sauna or jacuzzi session.

One thing that I didn't like about the hotel was the design of the bathroom. It was integrated very closely into the room, lacking the privacy I would have preferred.

the staff were extremely helpful and even offered free pick up and drop off to the train station. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hotel is conveniently located near the main street with plenty of restaurants to choose from. it was a special and memorable experience.

We had an amazing stay here! The room was modern, stylish, and luxurious, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn and the cross. The spa-wellness facilities were top-notch and we thoroughly enjoyed the welcome drink and breakfast. The hotel's location in the city center was quite unique, with tennis courts just outside of our window. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable, making our time in this venue very memorable.

I had a wonderful stay here! This place is located right on the square with the tennis courts just outside of the window. The shuttle service was very convenient and they even had ski equipment hire and ski pass vendor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even offering a welcome drink upon arrival. The spa and wellness centre was a highlight, offering a sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, massages, and even a turkish bath. The sun terrace with sun loungers was an added bonus.

Highly recommend this hotel to all.
