Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, in einer schönen Wohngegend und nur einen kurzen Fußweg von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, von wo aus wir bequem ins Zentrum gelangen konnten. Das Frühstück wurde als Self-Service angeboten und der Kühlschrank war gut bestückt. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms had TVs with HDMI ports for convenience. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel even upgraded us to a suite on the ground floor by the pool, which was perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail evident in the comfortable king-size bed and the well-lit space. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition, ensuring that I started my day off right.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus for a business trip. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. The hotel was consistently clean throughout my stay. It offered great value for the money, with a comfortable bed and pillow, spacious room, and access controlled by the room key. The location was perfect, just a short drive from Dallas North Tollway, making it convenient for getting around.
