I almost had a great stay, but the door to my room didn’t close properly and I came back to find it wide open! And surprise—charged for a no-show I didn't deserve! Honestly, I expected a welcome gift or some kind of compensation, but why would they care about my comfort? Very sad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

While the room was clean, my experience was marred by noise. The hotel's location near a busy road and the airport meant I was constantly awakened by the sounds of jets taking off and vehicles passing. I had trouble relaxing due to the constant disturbances, and it was hard to enjoy my stay fully.

The hotel facilities were brilliant, super comfortable, and a good value for money! I really enjoyed my stay. everything was quiet and clean, and they had a microwave and fridge in the room. Fast food nearby saved me on lazy nights.

However, I felt a bit cheated with a mysterious charge they called a no-show. Who needs surprise charges when you’re just trying to enjoy a cozy stay?

After a tiring travel day, this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I truly appreciated the superb help from the front desk gentleman. The breakfast options were decent, making my mornings brighter. Plus, the nearby restaurants were a convenient bonus! Definitely a spot worth considering.

this hotel is completely overrated. my remote didn't even work, and the bathroom was filthy! I expected a welcome gift for all the trouble, at least. to make matters worse, parking was a terrible hassle.

The shuttle took 50 minutes to pick me up even after confirming multiple times!!! Parking spaces are poorly marked and there was an unexpected $10 per night charge!!! Noise levels from planes and traffic were incredibly distracting!!!

best western was a pleasant stay! the king room was clean and spacious. most front desk staff had a smile, which brightened my days. one staff member, expecting a bundle of joy, stole the show with her amazing attitude. i loved the convenient location and a good breakfast to kickstart my mornings. definitely made my solo trip enjoyable!
