We stayed at La Scalinatella for a few days and it was truly incredible. The newly remodeled room was clean, bright, and beautiful, and the views from both the room and the pool were unreal. Gennaro, the staff member, made us feel like special guests and created a remarkable experience. The food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the spaghetti alle vongole. The hotel's location and terrace were both stunning, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be coming back!

Additionally, the staff was very helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests, such as offering to reserve a table for dinner.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay in a quiet area of Capri, on the island. The hotel provided us with a free upgrade to sea view suites, which made us feel very special. The breakfast on the terrace offered a beautiful view, and the staff provided 5-star service. The hotel was boutique and personal, with a professional and attentive owner. we had a great experience and felt it was great value for the price.

The hotel had a beautiful pool and the rooms were elegant and comfortable. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square. the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

The policy of no cell phones at the pool was not enforced, which was annoying. Also, it would have been nice if the hotel was smoke-free.
