I recently stayed at Best Western in Minocqua for a few days. The rooms were wonderfully quiet and well insulated, providing a peaceful stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, with a park situated just across the street. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I enjoyed spending time in the cozy sitting room playing cribbage by the fireplace. The 24/7 coffee availability was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel had excellent handicapped facilities that exceeded my expectations and made me feel safe. a fantastic stay with great breakfast service.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. the location was outstanding, with it being within walking distance of the downtown area and all its shops and attractions. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the value for money. The room I stayed in had a comfortable pillow top bed with a view of the bustling main street. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide array of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste.

The room had a musty smell and there was a small portion of the carpet that was wet due to a leaking mini fridge. We tried to report it at the front desk but no one was there.

The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options available. it was a wonderful stay.

The only downside was the size of the beds, which were smaller than expected and not ideal for couples.

Plus, I loved being right across the street from all the events happening in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were well-kept. Parking was a breeze with easy access in and out. The breakfast provided was delicious and had plenty of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even preparing a takeout for my husband.

Disliked that there was no temperature control in the room, making it too warm at night. Also, one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burned out, causing dim lighting during showers.
