I recently stayed at Best Western in Minocqua for a few days. The rooms were wonderfully quiet and well insulated, providing a peaceful stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, with a park situated just across the street. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I enjoyed spending time in the cozy sitting room playing cribbage by the fireplace. The 24/7 coffee availability was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel had excellent handicapped facilities that exceeded my expectations and made me feel safe. a fantastic stay with great breakfast service.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel. the location was outstanding, with it being within walking distance of the downtown area and all its shops and attractions. Secondly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the value for money. The room I stayed in had a comfortable pillow top bed with a view of the bustling main street. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide array of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone's taste.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to downtown dining, pubs, shops, and beautiful lake views. the staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The room had a musty smell and there was a small portion of the carpet that was wet due to a leaking mini fridge. We tried to report it at the front desk but no one was there.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of Torpey park and Lake Minocqua. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that all my needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty options available. it was a wonderful stay.

The only downside was the size of the beds, which were smaller than expected and not ideal for couples.

The free breakfast was a nice touch, and we got to stuff ourselves every morning. Definitely loved the tea and coffee that was available all day long. the location of the hotel was great too, close to shops and restaurants, with beautiful views of the lake. I also liked that it was easy to get around from the hotel.

This hotel was perfect for my stay! The location was ideal, right in the downtown area and within walking distance of the 'main street' shops. Plus, I loved being right across the street from all the events happening in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were well-kept. Parking was a breeze with easy access in and out. The breakfast provided was delicious and had plenty of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even preparing a takeout for my husband.

Disliked that there was no temperature control in the room, making it too warm at night. Also, one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burned out, causing dim lighting during showers.

The temperature control in the room could be improved. The wall unit appeared to be pre-programmed and we couldn't adjust the fan speed or temperature, making it quite warm at night.
