The hot chocolate was delicious! It was great to have it during a cold night. the Christmas lights outside the hotel were also a nice touch, and the location was perfect. It was easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the bedding and the towels were not fresh.

Lastly, the breakfast cooked by Mike was outstanding. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed, grateful for the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like part of the family.
