I recently stayed at Best Western in Zion Crossroads for a family visit and was thoroughly impressed. The towels were thick, the hot water was instant, and the shower was well-appointed. The free breakfast went above and beyond the usual offerings, with hot oatmeal and make-your-own pancakes. The internet was strong, and there was coffee and tea available 24/7. The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the Native American art in the lobby added a unique touch. The breakfast staff, especially a young lady named Jackie, were incredibly sweet and attentive.

The walls in the rooms were quite thin, which may not be ideal for light sleepers. There were instances where noise from other guests, such as snoring and conversations, could be heard.

The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Charlottesville area and visiting Thomas Jefferson's home. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities, and some even have jacuzzis. The breakfast spread is delicious and a great way to start the day. I will definitely be staying here again!

The service desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful information and assistance during my stay. the lobby area was well decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and amenities in close proximity.

I was disappointed with the room I was given, as it did not match the reservation I had made. When I brought this up with the staff, they claimed they did not have any king suites available.

Although the price was on the higher side, I understand that the hotel is the only option in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly atmosphere, and excellent amenities.

It is also conveniently situated in the nearby Charlottesville Virginia area, allowing easy access to various attractions. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as AC units for climate control and constant fan for a peaceful night's sleep.
