We loved the convenient location near great shopping malls and the spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent service, and we were granted a late check-out. As travelers with a car, we appreciated the easy parking facilities.

Felt like VIP guests, no complaints whatsoever.

The customer service was outstanding - the staff went above and beyond to assist us when we had an issue with the room's lock. The property itself is beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with top-notch amenities. I also appreciated the early check-in and late check-out options, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay without worrying about time constraints. it was a fantastic stay at Shangri-La.

We had a great stay at Shangri-La. The room was quiet with a beautiful view, comfortable beds, and ideal temperature. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was convenient and felt safe to explore. The check-in process was quick and efficient.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel offered a seamless check-in process, even though it was fully booked during my stay. The room was spacious enough, although the shower area was a bit small. The location was superb, as it was within walking distance to BGC High Street. Additionally, the hotel provided plenty of choices for breakfast in their ballroom.

The gym was always crowded, and I often had to wait for machines to become available. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped for 40 minutes, which was not a pleasant experience.

Stayed at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila and had a blast! High Street Café offered a mouthwatering buffet with cuisines from around the world, while High Street Lounge served amazing teas. Kerry Sports was my fitness haven, especially with the wide range of workout programs.

Just returned from an incredible stay at Shangri-La The Fort! It was the perfect way to end our trip in the Philippines. The service was impeccable, the hotel is in a great location in walking distance to everything in BGC, and the views from our room on the 39th floor were amazing! The staff were accommodating and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The gym was the best I've ever seen and the breakfast buffet was out of this world. Highly recommend this hotel!

I recently had a wonderful stay at the new hotel in BGC. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the city skyline and Manila Bay. The hotel's selection of restaurants was impressive, catering to a variety of tastes. I particularly enjoyed the pool bar, which stayed open late, providing a great spot to unwind. The service from the staff was exceptional, with their warmth and hospitality shining through. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Drawbacks: Although the hotel offered a great experience overall, I would have preferred if the breakfast had been included in the package. Additionally, the parking validation machine was not working during my stay, causing some inconvenience when bringing cars in and out of the hotel.
