I mistakenly left wet towels on the bed, and was charged $108.52 for water stains. the issue wasn't resolved as I checked out last morning. Despite this, the gym was exceptional. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety to choose from - hot, fresh, and included healthy options like make your own waffles and breakfast burritos. the attentive staff, especially the morning team, made the dining experience enjoyable. the gym facility was convenient, and the elevator access from the parking garage was a plus. The location next to the hospital was very convenient for my visit. Cons: No hot water in the morning.

I loved how conveniently located the hotel was, being right next to the convention center and directly across from the COX Business Center and the OSU Medical Center. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from check-in. the room was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast options were diverse, and the cleanliness of the dining area impressed me.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. the convenient location made it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Additionally, the comfortable bed and pillows ensured a good night's rest.

We were warmly greeted by Kimberly at check-in, who made us feel like old friends. the establishment was immaculately clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the room was comfortable with new furniture, and the location was convenient for both downtown and highway access. The bed and pillows were exceptionally cozy. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

Staff recommended great food spot first visit. This spot fits my needs perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a business center. A breeze to check in/out. Elevator, wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, A/C, and no smoking on site. I keep returning for my trips.
