We loved the clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds, and excellent breakfast. The staff was wonderful and the location was great, although there was some construction. The landscaping was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the room, as it was located in a quiet area of the hotel. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a short drive away from local restaurants and the mall.

The road construction in the area made it quite difficult to reach the hotel. the traffic was slow during rush hour, causing some inconvenience.

I had a great stay at Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites. The room was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed and thick towels. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast was better than expected. The staff, especially Judy, went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Despite the minor construction on Kellogg, the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. a fantastic stay.

Our Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! the breakfast selection was incredible - loved the variety of food and drinks. the staff was so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. the location was perfect - easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. the indoor pool was clean and relaxing - we had a great time swimming and lounging around.

The hotel's infrastructure could use some improvements. the room we stayed in seemed a bit run down with small maintenance issues like a loose shower head and a broken dresser leg.

They worked with us to provide a room that had not been occupied recently and offered Grab and Go breakfasts kept behind the front desk. I recommend this hotel.
