Always choose this place for my stay. First visit staff helped with late check out. Suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar/ Lounge, Restaurant, Fitness center, Pool. Coming back for city break.

We stayed at Hyatt Place for a weekend getaway. the new and clean room was spacious with a beautiful pool view. the free breakfast was delicious, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Convenient location near Vilano Beach and a Publix nearby. Valet service was fast and courteous, perfect for our family trip.

100% Recommend this hotel.

Location was superb - close to the beach and across from a Publix. the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast bar exceeded my expectations. the staff, particularly Amber at the reception and the lady at the bar, were friendly and accommodating.

Valet parking was mandatory and felt pushy, with a fee charged regardless of use. the lack of clear signage on parking regulations caused confusion and frustration.

This hotel is a great value for money - you get a lot for what you pay. the location is spot-on, just a quick walk to the historic downtown and the beach. the staff is super friendly and attentive, and the breakfast has a nice variety to choose from. Plus, the rooms offer a terrace view where you can soak in the atmosphere of the surrounding area, even if there is some construction work going on nearby.

Overall, my stay was smooth sailing - nothing to nitpick!

During my stay at Hyatt Place, I encountered some issues with the parking policy. Despite being required to use valet, many cars were parked street side without consequence. This inconsistency was confusing. the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were satisfactory. Overall I would suggest staying at this hotel.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was fantastic. the room was spotless and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. the staff was friendly and helpful. the location, just a block from the beach, was perfect for a relaxing stroll at Vilano beach. Overall, we were highly impressed and will definitely choose Hyatt Place again.
