The staff at the front desk was fantastic! Always available and took care of everything I needed. The breakfast was exceptional, and they even accommodated my son's egg allergy with extra care. The pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves for an hour.

The location of Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites was excellent, with easy access to plenty of parking and nearby eateries. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and appeared to be newly built, with clean rooms that had extremely comfortable beds. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips through the area.

During my stay, there were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom. The toilet seat was very loose, making it difficult to use, and the bathtub drain plug was defective.
