The location of this hotel is amazing, being right downtown and able to walk anywhere. It is unbeatable if you want to spend time in the heart of the city. The rooms are functional, simply and tastefully decorated, and the staff was excellent, as were the servers at breakfast.

I loved being able to walk to all the attractions and restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. The shampoo and body wash provided were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

We had an awesome time in Asheville over Christmas! the hotel was super clean and comfortable, with a modern and crisp design. the best part was the central location, which allowed us to easily walk to restaurants and breweries without worrying about driving. Plus, the rooftop bar was a great spot to enjoy a drink and take in the city views.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the pillows were a bit too flat for our liking, and we noticed some mildew around the shower door.

The location of Ac Hotel Downtown was perfect for exploring the vibrant downtown area of Asheville. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops with ease. The rooftop bar and outdoor area were also a highlight, offering fantastic views and a great atmosphere. Despite not dining at the hotel, the cleanliness and upkeep of the spaces were impressive. The AC in the room was a welcome feature as well. Additionally, the on-site parking was convenient.

One minor inconvenience during our stay was encountering the cleaning staff in the hallway on the day of our departure. Despite politely asking for passage, they did not make an effort to step aside or move their cart, which made us feel like an inconvenience.

Great location in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to everything. the smart TV in the room had HBO Go bundled into it, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the staff was very nice and readily available if we needed anything. the shower was awesome with its two different shower heads. Parking was convenient, no need to search for open parking decks.

The breakfast buffet was not to our taste, would have preferred a more traditional breakfast buffet. the ventilation in the room was not the best, and we could hear emergency vehicles all hours of the night.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to explore the downtown area. There are many restaurants nearby that offer great food. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom's lighting was too dim, making it hard to apply makeup. The service was friendly and helpful, and the hydration station was a nice touch.
