The location of the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast provided was enjoyable. the room size was as expected and provided enough space for a comfortable stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. the rooms were dirty, with toenail clippings on the floor and hair in the toilet and refrigerator.

The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was disappointing, with dirty floors and hallways reported by multiple guests. Housekeeping seemed to be lacking, with rooms not being made up properly and towels and trash not being attended to promptly.

The staff at the front desk was fantastic! Always available and took care of everything I needed. The breakfast was exceptional, and they even accommodated my son's egg allergy with extra care. The pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves for an hour.

The location of Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites was excellent, with easy access to plenty of parking and nearby eateries. The check-in process was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and appeared to be newly built, with clean rooms that had extremely comfortable beds. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips through the area.

During my stay, there were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom. The toilet seat was very loose, making it difficult to use, and the bathtub drain plug was defective.

The room at Best Western Plus in Elizabethtown was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed having a coffee/tea bar available in the room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs.

One morning, I went down for breakfast and was disappointed to find limited healthy options. However, the lobby and room cleanliness, as well as the comfort of the bed, outweighed this small drawback.
