Centrally located, updated rooms, helpful staff, complimentary limo service to dinner, and a clean facility with a satisfying breakfast. The pool area is well-maintained. Despite the commercial/industrial area, it felt safe. The recommended restaurant, Kristinas, provided great service and delicious food.

We loved the fantastic pool area with tiki torches and tropical plants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate, and there was a large seating area to enjoy it. The hotel's location in Old Towne allowed us easy access to downtown and Historic Eureka.

The pool and jacuzzi area at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, the best part of the property. It was like a mini-retreat in the middle of the city. The hot tub was one of the best I've ever seen, especially for a budget hotel. The Oasis patio entertainment space was also amazing, a great place to relax. The room was spacious with comfortable seating and a large bathroom with plenty of counter space. The pictures of the pool area in the database were accurate, and it didn't disappoint.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The recently updated rooms were modern and well-maintained. The amenities, like the pool, lounge, and gym, were also in great condition. The attention to detail in the renovation was evident, with power outlets and USB charge ports conveniently located in the room. The location was extremely convenient, with ample parking available. The highlight was definitely the Oasis, with a large pool, basketball hoop, and inviting hot tub surrounded by tiki torches and a waterfall. It felt like being at a tropical resort.

The only downside was that our room was a bit noisy on the first night due to its proximity to the pool area. If you're a light sleeper, it might be best to request a room away from the pool.

Nothing it was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Best Western. the room was clean and the staff were friendly. the prices were reasonable and we even had a limo included for a special evening out. the exterior of the hotel was well-maintained and the breakfast provided was good. We were able to explore both the North and South easily from the central location. Megan, who took care of breakfast, was very friendly and kept everything clean and well-stocked. the hot tub area was beautiful, with cozy sitting areas and a great fireplace for relaxation. It truly felt like a nice oasis.

The pool area is incredible with fire pits, waterfalls in the hot tub, everything we could dream of. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is an extremely good deal.

Despite being located in an area with some foot traffic, the hotel staff ensured that the noise was minimal, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including the usual fare along with tasty additions like sausage, egg, and cheese croissant breakfast sandwiches. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable seating areas with fire pits near the pool and jacuzzi, creating a mini resort-like atmosphere.

We had a fantastic family vacation staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the highway and close to everything. Stepping into the hotel felt like entering a tropical destination. The breakfast hall was conveniently located near the swimming pool, and the options were great for everyone in the family. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spotless. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. We loved spending time in the amazing pool and hot tub area. The hotel also offered great facilities and advantages such as an oasis pool and being close to Oregon.

The noise from nearby traffic could sometimes be heard in the room, but it didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

The hotel location is great; it is close to some scenic areas such as the Victorian Mansion and even the brewery for entertainment. The rooms are well-maintained, and the bathroom is in good condition. The staff is very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service to guests, while the breakfast is palatable and satisfying. The hotel offers parking that is located directly outside the room, making it convenient for guests.

The outside noise can be heard in the rooms, which could disturb light sleepers.

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus Humboldt Bay Inn. The rooms were tastefully updated and had all the amenities we needed, like a coffee pot, hair dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure in the shower was good, and the towels were soft and large. The highlight of the hotel was the pool/spa area, which was large and had patio heaters and fireplaces. The smaller pool also served as a hot tub, with jets and seating all around.

There was one drawback. The rules for the hot tub were not effectively enforced, and there were many children who were splashing and jumping into the hot tub, making it difficult for us to relax.

The complimentary limo service was a great surprise and added a touch of luxury. I felt like a VIP being transported to dinner and back. The pool area was also fantastic and I enjoyed relaxing next to the waterfall. I had a lovely stay at this hotel.
