Our trip was mainly to enjoy the local wineries, and we had a lovely time exploring the nearby Ackerman Family Vineyards, which is a short drive away. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. We found some excellent dining options nearby, making for a convenient stay.

Comfortable room, clean bathroom, with a great breakfast choice from a nearby restaurant and a lovely outdoor swimming pool to relax by after a day of exploring.

No drawbacks at all.

The staff went above and beyond, taking care of my packages before my arrival. However, the traffic noise from the highway was a bit loud at times. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful 3-night stay! The room was spacious, newly renovated, and super comfy. Plus, there's a shopping center right across the road – perfect for my little retail therapy.

The check-in process was a bit of a drama. I felt like I needed a royal decree to prove my identity! And don’t get me started on the parking – I swear my car almost got a sunburn.

I had a fantastic one-night stay! The location was a gem, surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The room was newly renovated and very secure. The front staff were exceptional, even assisting when I lost my key cards. Definitely a place I'd return to during my next Napa adventure!

Our stay was sweet as, but heaps annoyed when they took my face wash—just a bit much, eh? But the staff were super helpful, and the room was clean.

Had a pleasant stay with clean rooms and friendly staff, but the bathroom barn doors were a bit annoying. The location was convenient for wineries, though! Chur!

the staff was really friendly, going above and beyond. even lending me a data extension cord to charge my phone! the heated outdoor pool was a nice touch and the complimentary breakfast kept us fueled for our adventures.

the bathroom could use better lighting. and the curtains were a bit narrow.

Noise from the pool area and nearby roads can be annoying, and several guests reported inconsistent water pressure when showering. The lack of an on-site restaurant limits dining options during your stay, and the overall decor gives off a minimalistic vibe that feels a bit bland.

The outdoor heated pool was lovely (so relaxing! ) with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast options from Denny's next door were surprisingly good to keep us going, like yogurt and granola bars.

Loud noise from nearby areas occasionally disrupted our peace, and the staff could have provided a bit more timely assistance during check-in.

i had a pretty cool stay at best western plus inn at the vines. the staff was super nice and helpful, especially at check-in. my room was clean and cozy. I loved that it was key-access only for the halls, felt safe. the pool area was nice to chill at but got a lil loud with the evening crowds. breakfast options were basic, but having denny's right there was def a bonus.

It was just an optimal selection for a rapid stop in Napa with reasonable value. The bathroom was immaculate at check-in, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to ask for extra towels upon arrival if you're staying for multiple days.
