Our experience was marred by several disappointments. First, we found the room we booked for three only had one bed, and we had to pay extra for a sofa bed, which felt unfair since we clearly booked for three. Additionally, upon arrival, the hotel van service only runs until 6 PM, and the staff were unwilling to arrange a taxi for us, leaving us to wait in the cold rain. Finally, while the outdoor bath was lovely, it required uncomfortably lowering shades due to nearby buildings, which detracted from the ambiance.
