The hotel is conveniently located at the terminus of the Mountain Parkway, beside the Mountain Arts Center. the property is nicely maintained and the staff is very helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. the young gentleman at the front desk is always willing to provide recommendations on where to eat and even helps decide what to order from the menu. Additionally, the hotel is in the process of remodeling, which will further enhance the guest experience.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is unexciting, although it does come with the stay. Some guests have also complained about the chlorine smell from the pool, which can be overpowering in the lobby and on the first floor.
