We loved this hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect - right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops, and the ski parking was close by. The view of the mountains from our room was stunning, and the fireplace added a cozy touch. The hotel also had a ski locker near the elevator, which was very convenient.

The room had stunning art and was upgraded with excellent views, two sinks, and a huge bar. The breakfast voucher was a great twist on the usual buffet. The staff members were amazing, with cookies in the lobby, and a lovely pool. Best value ever.

The Best Western Plus Kentwood Lodge is a cozy and comfortable hotel that offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and all the needed amenities. The location is superb, nestled in a nice area close to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to assist and provide recommendations for dining options.

The staff was helpful and allowed us early check-in. They also went out of their way to assist with printing and scanning a document. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had nice amenities. The pool, although not used, looked clean. Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Het appartementje was perfect voor mijn verblijf. Het was schoon, en had alles wat ik nodig had, zoals een koelkastje en koffie- en theefaciliteiten. De locatie was geweldig, gelegen aan een rustig kanaal, maar toch dicht bij alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden. De waterboten en het San Marcoplein waren slechts enkele minuten lopen. Gelukkig was er een supermarktje in de buurt, evenals gezellige barretjes en restaurants.

The room size was really good, and I liked the fact that it had a fridge and a microwave. Also, the location was great, with shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The night staff was really rude and unprofessional when I arrived. The front desk was closed, and I had to go around the back to another door, which was locked and inaccessible without a room key.

The Best Western in Ketchum was outstanding! Beautiful room with great view, spacious and updated bathroom, comfy bed. Large and nice pool. Convenient location for dining and festivals. Lovely western decor and fireplace in our room. Ski locker available.
