Impressed with the beautiful room and delicious breakfast options. The pool area was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the stunning views and great wine selections in Viseu. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel that is centrally located and has a cozy atmosphere. Telma, one of the staff at the front desk, was very friendly and efficient. The hotel is situated on a hill, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. The breakfast offered a great selection of pastries, meats, cheeses, and fruits, and even had champagne available. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

There was a dreadful sucking noise in the spa area that disturbed our relaxation.

This hotel was a luxurious haven, a true escape from reality. We were pampered with exclusive amenities such as the spa center, health club, and spa treatments that offered a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The indoor swimming pool was spacious, and the Jacuzzi was divine. The sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers provided the perfect place to lounge, enjoying the garden area as well as the seasonal outdoor pool. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast with an extensive selection of cuisines to suit all palates.

The only minor drawback of our stay was the slightly slow service in the poolside snack bar. Nonetheless, this did not detract from our overall experience, and we left feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.
