The front desk staff noticed that I was using a walker and offered me a more accessible room at no extra charge. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring different areas of the city without having to drive on the freeway. The double Queen room comfortably accommodated my family of 4 adults. The mini refrigerator in the room was a nice bonus. The reception staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast room was small and could get busy at times. The curtains in the room had to be kept closed for privacy, which meant there was no natural light.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was helpful and friendly, and we appreciated that they didn't charge for receiving our packages. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

As a guest with my family, we loved the hotel's proximity to Universal Studios and Santa Monica Pier, perfect for a fun-filled vacation. Having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room was a great convenience. We also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere outside our window, with plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's location near the metro station Wilshire / Vermont made it convenient to explore popular attractions like Hollywood, Downtown LA, and the Griffith Observatory. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay for us as guests with families.

The parking situation is quite inconvenient. There are limited spots available and the valet/security often has to block cars in to fit more in.
