The highlight of our stay at Heinitzburg was the breathtaking view from the terrace. We were able to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings of the city. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our time there. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the accommodating chef who made sure to cater to our dietary needs. our experience at Heinitzburg was memorable and we would highly recommend it for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Heinitzburg on the last night of our Namibian tour. We were made to feel very special and pampered. Our suite had a great mountain-top view across the nicely landscaped swimming pool. Dinner at Leo's restaurant on the terrace was memorable, with delicious wine and great service. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable in every way. Breakfast was also great.

A weekend well spent! Gorgeous historic building with breathtaking views. We loved the spacious rooms and the incredible attention to detail with the fluffy omelette at breakfast. the fantastic breakfast was served on a terrace with the most stunning view of the city. the restaurant was amazing with outstanding food and service. We also appreciated the special breakfast provided when we had to leave early.

It was a hassle to check-in and go all the way back down for luggage retrieval. Some rooms were darkly lit and had no complimentary drinking water.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities such as the stunning outdoor swimming pool, beautiful garden area with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the exceptional service, along with the private and comfortable facilities made us feel pampered and relaxed.

The only minor issue was a lack of in-room breakfast, and it was a small inconvenience. this hotel more than compensated for it with their exceptional restaurant and bar service.

my recent stay in windhoek was amazing, but my stay at heinitzburg exceeded all expectations. the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast made it unforgettable. the view from the outside restaurant was breathtaking. thank you, heinitzburg!
