I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff, especially Patty, was incredibly polite and informative. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of food options. The hotel's convenient location near Lackland Air Force Base was a definite perk, and it was also situated in a good area, unlike some other hotels in sketchy neighborhoods. Additionally, the hotel was close to local attractions, making it a perfect choice for exploring the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay during our recent city break. the hotel was conveniently located, just a short distance from the main attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was clean overall, making us feel comfortable and at ease during our stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the room could have been cleaner, as there was some grout dust from recent upgrades.

I recently stayed at Best Western for my son's Lackland AFB graduation, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the graduation process and provided us with all the information we needed. They even had base maps to help us navigate the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the indoor pool after spending the day in the sun. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options and plenty of drinks. this was the best hotel experience we've ever had.
