The coffee was great in the morning and the location was quite convenient. the bedding was decent.

The room seemed to have been intended for smokers, as ashtrays were provided. the staff was unhelpful and disorganized, as my ID was lost and took several hours to retrieve, causing me to miss dinner and part of my evening plans.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, close to downtown, restaurants, stores, and the freeway. The staff was great and provided amazing room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We especially appreciated the grocery shopping service and laundry amenities. The welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance were also a nice touch.

The hotel had a modern, hip vibe and great decor. I loved the fact that they are part of Design Hotels. The bed was super comfortable and made up for the small size of the room. Even though the shower was small, it had a cool design. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even offered us complimentary drinks when our room wasn't ready on time. I'd recommend this hotel for its trendy atmosphere and cozy beds.

The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making it easy to access the downtown area. Some guests have commented on the clean rooms and decent bedding for a good night's sleep.

Some previous visitors have complained about the small rooms, lack of amenities like microwaves and fridges, and weak water pressure.
