One downside was that the pool was temporarily closed for cleaning during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the computers in the front lobby were difficult to navigate and could use some maintenance to improve functionality.

Recently stayed at a hotel in Laredo for a shopping trip and event. Best Western Plus Laredo Inn & Suites was clean, modern, and had a pleasant smell. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff were helpful. The room was quiet and had comfortable beds, ensuring a restful sleep. I felt like a King on vacation in this royal kingdom. The king suite was amazing with its beautiful colors and luxurious bed. The heated pool and easy access to work with my T-Mobile hotspot were huge pluses. The staff was respectful and check-in was quick. a great hotel experience.
