Spacious, clean rooms and satisfying breakfast! Our room was updated, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. the breakfast options were great, with a made, to, order omelet station. What we loved the most was that we could order our breakfast and take it back to our room to enjoy in privacy. the hotel lobby and common areas were also nicely decorated.

Disappointing management experience. the pool area was infested with flies and gnats, making it impossible to enjoy.

We loved the location, close to an RV park and away from noise. The staff were courteous and there was a large area to walk our dog. The breakfast muffins were delicious, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. The room was meticulously cleaned with attention to detail. The historical pictures in the hallways added a sense of pride for the city.

During our stay at Best Western, we were delighted by the excellent location. Being close to the wineries in Prosser made our wine tasting experience incredibly convenient. We were able to walk to the cluster of venues from the hotel, which was a plus. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy king-sized bed. The added touch of a small recliner chair was a nice surprise. The hotel also served a delicious full breakfast, complete with omelets made to order and Greek yogurt. our stay at Best Western was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel is also situated next to a parking area for 18-wheeler trucks, which is helpful for those traveling with large vehicles. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was fresh. my stay was enjoyable and I would choose to stay here again in the future.

The shower curtain in my room would not close properly, resulting in a partially soaked floor.

we really got bang for our buck at this hotel. The room was decent and comfortable, and the location was quiet and peaceful. But what really stood out was the staff - from the front desk to the breakfast area, they were all incredibly friendly and kind. It was such a refreshing experience in today's world.
