We love the spacious room with two comfy queen beds, which was perfect for our family. The location is convenient, with easy access to the freeway and just a short drive to the outlet mall. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which included delicious offerings like fresh breakfast burritos, served with a smile by friendly staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy their work.

There was only one elevator, which could be a hassle during busy times.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn! The room was spacious with two comfy queen beds, perfect for my family. We loved that we could bring our well-behaved dogs along, which made the trip even better. Overall, the staff was super nice and made us feel welcome, even though they were busy during check-in.

Our experience was disappointing, to say the least. Upon entering our room, we found a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door that did not belong to us, indicating a lack of organization during check-in. Additionally, there were no instructions for using the lighted mirror, leading to confusion, and the front desk phone was broken when we needed assistance, forcing us to go to the front desk in person.

what an unfortunate stay! breakfast was an absoluteley tragic affair, and after dealing with a clogged toilet and no one showing up for over an hour, you'd think they'd want to offer me some kind of upgrade, but nope. i honestly woudl ve been better off at a motel. guess they don’t care about guest comfort here.

Request a room on the upper floors if you're concerned about elevator issues during your stay to avoid any inconvenience.

Chur! The room was heaps tidy, but the breakfast could’ve been way better. Tables were messy and not enough variety. Still enjoyed the 24-hour pool!

this hotel is so comfy with super friendly staff. love the 24hr gym and pool access, it's great for late night swims. the breakfast options are really good, with tons of choices like eggs and pancakes. also, the rooms are big and clean, and i liked the easy parking right by my door. i had a great time at the guest appreciation nights to meet other guests!
