Great location for exploring downtown and the university, clean rooms, exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff, low price.

The clean room and motel, peaceful atmosphere, proximity to Folsom Field and Pearl Street Mall, and recently remodeled room with a view of trees and ballfields were the highlights of our stay.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in downtown Boulder.

There was quite a bit of traffic noise which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the lack of a functional auto setting for the fan in the air conditioning unit was a bit inconvenient.

this time in boulder, university inn exceeded our expectations! the location was perfect, just blocks from pearl street and colorado university. the staff was incredible, so friendly and helpful. they even went above and beyond during the storm to keep everyone safe. everything we needed for our trip, including laundry facilities and a delicious free breakfast. highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the University Inn for a business trip and was very impressed. The rooms were clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and reliable wifi. The laundry facility was a huge bonus, as was having an iron and ironing board in the room. I also appreciated the extra smaller room that I could use as a temporary office. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was perfect for my needs. Despite some street noise, the hotel was quiet during sleeping hours.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the Boulder University Inn were incredibly helpful, answering all of our questions and providing useful information about the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower in the bathroom was great. The location was also convenient for exploring the city.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, just a short walk from Pearl Street. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants, breweries, and shops. The grocery store across the street was convenient for snacks and drinks. Our room had a huge, comfortable bed and a spacious, modern bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.
