The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail in the rooms. The location was beautiful, overlooking the river and canal. The service from the staff was exceptional, with a young man being particularly attentive in his position. The basic amenities were all provided and the rooms were clean.

The room was not accommodating for disabled individuals. Also, there were only two coffee cups provided for three people.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel and the spacious gym. However, the highlight of our stay was the friendly lap swimmer who gave us some great tips and even let us borrow her goggles. It was a nice touch that made our stay at Best Western memorable. I'd recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and in the center of the property. Being close to many restaurants and bars allowed for convenient dining options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the large gym, pool, hot tub. The fresh fruit and iced cold water with fruit in it were a delightful touch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, making my mornings even better.
