We had a very comfortable stay at the Clarion Inn. the room was clean and the pillows were soft. the staff we encountered were all pleasant and helpful, especially Charlene and Melissa. They provided excellent service and even gave us a list of nearby restaurants to try. We also appreciated the option to change our linens daily.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Elmira and had a wonderful experience. Our visit was to spend time with family and explore the area. The hotel's location was perfect for both. We also enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast vouchers, which were a great way to start each morning. The staff, especially Trisha and her team, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a success, including helping us organize a fantastic 16th birthday party. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, with soft pillows and sheets that made for a restful night's sleep. The polite and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful spot down the river right outside the window where guests can enjoy a calming view. The room was clean, but the hallway had a nauseating odor. The pool area was okay and appealing.
